SkyePoint is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for the provision of quality services to our clients. We adhere to the requirements for a quality management system to ensure our clients receive consistently high-quality services.
Comprehensive, Integrated IT Service Management System (ITSMS):
SkyePoint is certified to ISO 20000-1:2018 and provides customers with the full life cycle of integrated IT services from development through implementation with exceptional response times and delivery performance in compliance with the rigorous, international standards for IT Service Management.
Proactive Security:
SkyePoint is certified to ISO 27001:2022 for security management of financial, IP, employee, and other systems to build client trust. SkyePoint protects our clients through this standard using a systematic Information Security Management System that has passed rigorous external audits.
Exceptional Service Delivery:
SkyePoint is appraised at SEI CMMI SVC Level 3 by an independent auditor for the delivery of outstanding services to our customers. This elevated level of capability and maturity shows that SkyePoint has the processes, tools, and systems necessary for well-defined and repeatable services to clients.
Flexible, Agile Software Development:
An independent auditor appraised SkyePoint at SEI CMMI DEV Level 3 for the excellence of our development processes. This level of process maturity is rare in a small business, making SkyePoint a go-to partner for our clients in delivering exceptional agile software development solutions.
Protecting our Environment through Sustainable Best Practice:
SkyePoint is committed to improving our environment. We have established sustainability and environmental processes in alignment with ISO 14001:2015, which have helped us lower our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. In 2023, we measured 1.86 mtCO2e Scope 1 emissions with the goal of a 25% reduction by 2028. For 2023, we had ZERO Scope 2 emissions as we do not have operational control over our office facilities’ energy consumption, including heating, cooling, and electrical, and these elements are not separately metered.

Supply Chain Protection: SkyePoint delivers our solutions securely and is committed to avoiding issues with supply chain security. We have in place processes that conform with NIST standards, including NIST SP 800-161, NISTIR 7622, and EO 14028, to avoid counterfeits, tainting, product substitution, and supply chain disruptions.

While not “independently certified” since ITIL and PMBOK are individual certifications, our adherence to these standards ensures high-quality delivery to our clients in a standard and repeatable way with full accountability and transparency. We have had an independent 3rd party audit of our accounting systems and are in full conformance with DCAA requirements. This programmatic, delivery, and financial capability helps drive increased client satisfaction and low-risk and reliable program, financial, and schedule performance.
