Satya has helped many companies in the last 20+ years primarily in technology, healthcare, cybersecurity, hospitality, real estate by capital infusion, advice and mentoring.

Recently, he led Amyx, Inc. through acquisition as the President and CEO (2011 to 2020) from a small company to multi-million mid-sized company with 12X revenue run rate with a growth rate of 40% YoY with leading edge technologies in Cybersecurity, Application Development, Systems Engineering providing high-end management consulting services with project teams in all States and Territories. He and the company continuously recognized by the industry peers every year for its growth and named the Best Companies to Work last two years.

Satya was the CEO and founder of AC Technologies, Inc. (ACT) with HQ in Fairfax, VA which was founded in 1994 as an IT company mostly focused on software development. He set the strategy, acquired major customers and initiated quality practices to grow ACT to be a premier IT company in DC Metro area with offices in Virginia, Maryland, Illinois and Alabama. The company was sold to a publicly list company.

Prior to founding ACT, he held various positions at NASA. Satya received his B.Tech. from Osmania University in India. Later he received MS degrees in Engineering and Management at the University of Maryland.

Cosmo “Cos” DiMaggio III is an innovative business leader experienced in creating and growing private sector and nonprofit organizations. He was the chief executive officer of The Tauri Group, an award-winning professional services firm focused on homeland security and national defense that he co-founded in 2001 and sold in 2019.

Cos is expert in starting and transforming organizations. He understands the value of vision, culture, focus, and respect. He is particularly adept at creating strategy, processes, and the infrastructure necessary to attain high-performance.

Prior to The Tauri Group, Cos led national security teams at DynCorp, Futron, System Planning Corporation, and SRA. He also served as a senior science policy analyst at the Congressional Research Service.

In 2017 and 2018, Cos was a finalist for the GovCon Executive of the Year Award for mid-tier companies. He has been called upon to speak at conferences and universities on topics as diverse as bio-defense, strategic defense, arms control, research and development, work-life balance, and community resilience.

Cos has taken an active role in working to improve federal acquisitions. He has developed and taught courses at the Homeland Security Acquisition Institute, participated in the planning and execution of six reverse industry days, was interviewed by the Section 809 Panel, has spoken at numerous workshops, and has been called upon by congressional staff to comment on proposed acquisition reform legislation.

Cos serves on several corporate advisory boards and is a member of the Board of Directors for the nonprofit Metropolitan School of the Arts. He holds a Master of Science degree in Public Policy Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Planetary Geology, both from the University of Rochester.

Linda Messano is a Veteran business leader with over 30 years’ experience in the aerospace/defense industry, with a diverse background that spans global P&L, general management, business development, supply chain and logistics, technology, M&A, real estate and facilities, and government affairs. Recognized as an industry thought leader, she provides deep technical expertise in logistics and supply chain management.

As a senior executive at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) with a $900M P&L, she consistently over-achieved sales objectives—rapidly growing the company’s U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Agencies and Commands Customer Group from $650M to $900M within three years. Key to Linda’s success in driving top-line revenue improvement has been her ability to maintain strong customer engagement and relationship management while leveraging her ability to cultivate dynamic customer and industry relationships. Providing a solid track record of financial management with a proven ability to deliver to annual revenue, profit and cash goals, and growth— she was repeatedly called on to build and lead diverse businesses during her tenure at SAIC. Over the years, she became known for her ability to drive both operational and organizational excellence while improving the bottom-line.
