Bonnie Goddard is the Talent Acquisition Manager for SkyePoint Decisions. In this role, she is responsible for providing customer-focused leadership in the delivery of recruiting support for government programs and proposals. Leading the recruiting function, she is responsible for ensuring the team prioritizes the company’s needs and meets growth goals.

Bonnie brings over 20 years of Talent Acquisition experience in both government contracting and commercial industries. Prior to joining SkyePoint Decisions, she worked at several government contractors focusing on leading the recruiting function and operations.  She has been responsible for driving and implementing key initiatives through leadership, effective project management, and collaboration. Partnering with recruiting, hiring managers, and HR, Bonnie worked to ensure efficiency and compliance in the function.

Bonnie has her Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from George Mason University.

Sydnei Foster is the Recruiting Coordinator at SkyePoint Decisions. In her role, she is responsible for coordinating interviews and communication between candidates, hiring managers, staffing agencies, and subcontractors. Sydnei directly reports to the President of Skyepoint and supports the Director of Recruiting and the rest of the Recruiting team.

Sydnei brings 8 years of administrative and customer service experience to the company. Prior to Skyepoint, Sydnei was a Human Resources Assistant and Recruiter with Government Scientific Source.

Sydnei has a Bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and also completed her Master’s degree from Concordia University of Chicago.

Miriam Ine-Harris is a Technical Recruiter for SkyePoint Decisions. Miriam brings over 11 years of Talent Acquisition experience to the recruitment team. Her experience includes both government contracting and commercial businesses. Miriam’s focus with any talent acquisition role is the candidate experience. Miriam says: “As a recruiter, I have the privilege of sitting at both sides of the table. I understand how it feels to apply for a role and how it feels to receive an application. Miriam attended both Morgan State University and Kaplan University, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavioral Analysis.
